Bubble, pop, go! Fizzy and younger sib Suds are two animated bubbles who love to explore the real world. Endlessly curious, the pair always find something new that captures their imagination. Whether it’s trucks, planes, alpacas or even sushi, the pair become obsessed with what they’ve just discovered and want to know all sorts of things about it.
Fizzy and Suds take us on a journey as they follow their passions. From joining a train driver as she brings the engine in for the night, to being quietly engrossed with bus windows being cleaned, every episode is carried along by Fizzy and Suds’ effervescent personalities and endless curiosity.
Fizzy & Suds! is a show about passions that celebrates curiosity and divergent out-of-the-box thinking. Our bubbles are always in a lather about their latest discovery. And they can’t help but explore it from every angle. So, rather than a convergent, didactic and rote explanation of a subject, Fizzy & Suds! offers a more sensorial, associative exploration.
Every episode is interspersed with clever interstitial sequences called Thought Bubbles. These look at the episode topic from divergent and imaginative perspectives, demonstrating what new ideas can be discovered through the joy of association, humour and curiosity.
Fizzy & Suds! explores everything from ballet to building, and from bats to beaches. But while we’ll learn some things we didn’t know, what we’re really doing here is getting swept up in Fizzy and Suds’ endless excitement, their funny and delightful dynamic and their unquenchable curiosity.
