Nicole has worked in the creative sector for almost ten years with production companies such as Warner Bros, Endemol Shine, MTV, Seven Network, Working Dog Productions, Nine Network, ABC and ABC iview. She recently associate produced seasons 1 & 2 of popular kids tv series, Fizzy & Suds and feature documentary Aquarius under Tilt Media & Entertainment.

In 2019 she was awarded the Regional Producer Elevator Program supported by Screenworks, Create NSW and Screen Producers Australia. As the Development Executive with Tilt Media & Entertainment, Nicole is developing a number of projects across a range of genres including Joyce, a psychological drama series threaded with pitch black wit, and a mystery crime drama, Unsettled. Both have received development support by Create NSW and Screen Australia. In the feature space, she is developing, Girl on the Edge, which was selected as one of the top five finalists in the 2024 AACTA Regional Landscapes Pitch initiative.

A passionate storyteller, Nicole has written, produced and directed. Her micro documentary, Jazmin has been screened globally, receiving a Commended in the Best Documentary Award at the Women of Fifty Film Festival 2022 (UK). The film was screened at the Melbourne Queer Festival 2022, nominated for best documentary at the St Kilda Film Festival, 2023 and was officially selected for Queer Screen’s 30th Mardi Gras Film Festival, 2023 and the American Pavilion Emerging Filmmakers showcase, Cannes 2023.
